These conditions govern access to Lincoln County Criminal History. Reading the content, visiting a page, or submitting a search means that you accept every term below. Do not continue to use the site if you disagree with them.

NO FCRA USE. This privately run website has no connection to a local, Washington, or federal government body. 4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency as the FCRA defines that term. No background check, credit report, or consumer report is created here. Our advertising partners and this site do not offer tools intended for FCRA-regulated decisions. You agree that site or linked-tool information will not be used to:

  • Assess credit or determine an insurance premium
  • Make a hiring, firing, or other employment decision
  • Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
  • Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
  • Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA

When a lawful purpose requires a compliant check, use the authorized official process or a consumer reporting agency that follows the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

Neither statute makes this private site an official records custodian.

We may revise these terms. A revision becomes effective when the new version is posted here.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one term is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms continue in force. The affected language will be modified only as far as necessary to make it enforceable.
