Questions about official Lincoln County criminal records belong with the office that keeps the source file. The contacts below route court cases, Sheriff reports, jail bookings, and Washington criminal-history checks to the right government custodian. Those public offices are centered in Davenport, the Lincoln County seat. This private resource does not receive government record requests or produce official copies.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve or correct criminal records, conduct official background checks, or accept Washington motions to vacate a conviction. Contact the government custodian directly for those services.

  • State criminal history: Washington State Patrol Criminal Records Division for WATCH name searches, fingerprint record review, and repository questions
  • Vacating a conviction: file with the Lincoln County court that entered the judgment, using the Clerk for felonies or District Court for misdemeanors

Lincoln County does not advertise a separately named Sheriff records division. Incident requests go through the centralized Public Records Office, while current custody and booking questions go to the Sheriff and Jail at 509-725-3501. Filed court documents must be requested from the court, not through the county's general public-records form.
