Lincoln County Arrest History

Do not assume the roster will show a date of birth, housing unit, physical description, photograph, or magistrate field. The linked vendor interface did not permit a full anonymous field inspection, so the live record and agency response control.
Lincoln County Contract-City Arrests
Lincoln County's shared policing model matters for arrests in Davenport, Wilbur, and Odessa. County budget lines show Sheriff service contracts for each place. When a deputy handled the event, request the incident report through Lincoln County Public Records and identify the city, street or location, date range, and incident number. Juvenile arrest data does not belong in ordinary adult roster research and is restricted under chapter 13.50 RCW.

Under the Washington Public Records Act, the county must give an initial response within five business days by producing records, acknowledging the request with an estimate, seeking clarification, or denying it with the exemption. This is not a five-day production promise. Send filed court papers to the Clerk or District Court instead.
Arrests Are Not Convictions
An arrest records an allegation and the use of legal authority to take a person into custody. A conviction records a court's judgment of guilt after a plea or verdict. Lincoln County arrest records and court judgments are made by different offices at different stages, so a booking charge cannot establish that the same charge was ever filed or proved.

WATCH can show Washington convictions and arrests less than one year old when disposition remains pending. It excludes public nonconviction data, vacated cases, sealed records, and misdemeanor traffic violations. That filtered public product is not the same as the jail booking file.
